Hold on to the wait, with a tight grip.

Hold on, don’t let your fate slip.

Though there are a dozen “buts”, a “what if” isn’t far behind.

A modest you is waiting to shine.

The brazen sun awaits, it needs a face to light up.

Hold on because if it’s meant to be, it’ll find a way to come and stay;

If not, it’ll be a tale for another day!
